AI & Model Likeness Policy

Somebody London is committed to protecting the image, likeness, identity and creative rights of the models and talent we represent.

Unless expressly agreed in writing in advance by Somebody London and, where applicable, the Model / Talent, photographs, video, scans, recordings or other materials featuring our Model / Talent must not be used with generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, synthetic media or similar technologies.

This includes using a Model / Talent's image, likeness, voice or identifiable characteristics to:

  • generate new or derivative images, video or audio;

  • materially alter or recreate their face, body, proportions, expression, movement, voice or identity;

  • digitally depict them wearing, using or endorsing products or services that were not included in the original booking;

  • create digital replicas, avatars, digital twins, synthetic models, face swaps, body doubles or voice clones;

  • upload their materials to generative AI platforms for the creation of new or derivative content; or

  • train, fine-tune, test, validate, develop or improve AI or machine-learning systems, models or datasets.

Standard professional post-production—including colour correction, cropping, resizing, background clean-up and reasonable beauty or garment retouching—is permitted where it does not materially generate, alter or misrepresent the Model / Talent's identity, appearance, performance or endorsement.

Any proposed AI-generated, AI-altered, virtual try-on, synthetic-media or digital-replica use must be disclosed to Somebody London in advance and may require the Model / Talent's specific consent, separate usage terms and additional fees.

General usage descriptions such as "digital", "online", "social", "all media", "worldwide" or "in perpetuity" do not constitute permission for AI use, AI training, synthetic content or digital replicas.

For full contractual provisions, please refer to Somebody London's Terms & Conditions.
